1. Overview
At Rain, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription or credits.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan includes a one-time allocation of credits at no charge. Free credits are non-refundable as no payment was made.
3. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
- After 14 days: No refund. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Within 30 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
- After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion.
Renewals
- Auto-renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before renewal, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the renewal charge.
Credits
- Unused credits from paid plans are non-refundable individually.
- Refunds for subscriptions include any unused credits from that billing period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free plan credits
- Partial months of service
- Credits already consumed (theme editing requests already processed)
- Downgrade differences (switching from a higher to lower plan)
- Services suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@heyrain.xyz with your account email and reason for the refund.
- Include your order or transaction ID (available in your account settings or Stripe receipt).
- We will process your request within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.
7. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
- Refund returns money for a charge already made.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
